Here’s how it works.

Step 1: Buy your Tech (from any retailer)

We don't sell tech, we provide expert install & set up services for tech you already own.

So whether you've got tech still in its box, or are planning to buy it new, we can get it working for you.

You can buy from wherever you like. Whether it's John Lewis, Currys, Amazon, or direct from companies like Ring, Eufy and Google.

We often post about discounts and deals on our Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Step 2: Find your Install Service and submit an Installation Request

Find the Installation Service for the tech you've bought.

To make this easy for you we've organised our services by Product Category (like Doorbells, Cameras, Alarms and Speakers/Displays) and by Brand (like Ring, Eufy and Nest).

We charge a fixed price for each service, so there's no uncertainty for you.

Once you've found your Installation Service, it just takes a few seconds to submit your Installation Request - we only need your name, postcode and email address.

Choose Your Appointment and Vetted Technologist

We'll email you in a few hours to confirm a few detail about your device(s) and installation preferences, so we can confirm your fixed price.

Then you can choose your appointment from times and dates our local vetted Technologists are available. We have good availability including next day, evening and weekend slots.

Your chosen Technologist will be in touch before your appointment to introduce themselves.

Step 3: We Install & Set Up Your Tech

On the day of your Installation, your chosen Technologist will confirm their arrival time.

They'll deliver a complete service, including:

  • Professional Installation - all devices will be physically installed in locations recommended by your expert Technologist and agreed with you
  • Full App Setup & Testing - your Technologist will help you register any required accounts (e.g. with Ring for a Ring Doorbell), set up and configure your tech to best work for your home, and test to ensure everything works as intended
  • Providing a Tech Walk-Through - you will be shown everything you need to know to use your tech confidently; such as answering a doorbell from your phone, arming and disarming an alarm, or playing music on a speaker

Enjoy Your Tech, Pay and Review the Service

You can start enjoying your new tech straight away!

We'll send you a secure pay by card link for the fixed price you were given when you booked your service.

We'll also ask for a review of your Technologist, to help them build their reputation.

Your Technologist will need some things from you on your installation day:

  • The Tech you've booked a service for and everything it came with
  • Your WiFi name and password
  • Some of your time, so they can download any necessary app on your phone and help register your account
  • Your phone will be needed while your tech is set up and tested
  • Some of your time once install and set up has been done, so they can show you how it all works and ensure you're confident and happy
