Your local expert will visit your home, and attempt to diagnose the problem. In most cases they'll be able to solve it immediately. Otherwise they'll explain what they've found and recommend next steps for you.
They'll provide friendly advice in plain English, no jargon.

What's Included
When submitting your booking request please let us know what's not working. We'll ask a few questions to understand what we can remotely, and determine what the most likely issue is.
We'll explain what your Technologist will try, to ensure you're happy before anything is booked.
Typically the service includes:
1 hour in-person visit (or longer if needed)
Talking with you to get the full picture of the issues
Troubleshooting the issues to attempt to understand the cause
Fixing the issue if possible
If we can't fix the issue, your Technologist will explain what they found and recommend next steps
We don't supply tech, so if we think the best option is to replace what you have, we'll direct you to the original retailer for a return/refund
Please note: although we will always do our best, we cannot guarantee fixing a problem.

Issues with app, device or phone settings
WiFi connection problems
Device-specific troubleshooting
Issues we often can't solve include:
Device hardware problems e.g. if there's a flaw with the actual device stopping it from working properly (we'll recommend contacting the manufacturer/retailer)
Electrical wiring issues (our Technologists are tech experts, not electricians)
Repairing physical damage to devices e.g. cracked screens or lenses
Although we will always do our best, we cannot guarantee fixing a problem.

Pricing
Pricing depends on how long the service takes, which is determined by how complex the issue is:
Up to 1 hour: £89.00
1 hour to 1h30: £118.50
1h30 to 2 hours: £148.00
2 hours to 2h30: £177.50
2h30 to 3 hours: £207.00
