Make It Right Policy

If you are unhappy with the service(s) that you received, for example in the unlikely event of defective workmanship, please let us know within 7 days of your service date.

To "Make It Right" we commit to ensuring the issue is rectified promptly. We will manage this process for you, typically by arranging for the original Technologist (or another qualified Technologist from our network if necessary) to return and make good on the issue at no additional cost to you.

"Making good" includes the repair of any damaged property or like for like replacement of any devices where the damage was caused by the Technologist during the Service. 

We commit to "Make It Right" within 30 days of you letting us know that you are unhappy with the service(s) you received.
